Refund & Return policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days, Means as product get delivered to you as per delivery date and you feel to return it then you can raise return concern via mail to shilpkalaoffical@gmail.com or you can connect with us through WhatsApp (mobile no. 91730 89946) within that 7 days from the delivery date. For return you  have to submit photo and billing details of product for verification purpose. Verification will take 1-2 Days.Once we verify all details then  

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or return. If you get approved then we will resend the product or refund your money within 4-5 working Days. If 7 days have passed since your product Delivery date, And you don’t raise any return concern, then we can’t offer you refund or exchange after that.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shilpkalaofficial@gmail.com
